Purchased the freehold of the existing 500m2 (approx) supermarket on the main street in town with additional land to the rear, then constructed a new 1200m2 supermarket together with 700m2 of specialty stores behind the existing store. Once the new centre was complete the old store was demolished to make way for required car parking. There was significant additional land available for future development.
