Purchase of the freehold of the existing supermarket (approx. 631m2) and three neighbouring allotments, positioned on the major Highway as you head into town from the East. The houses on the neighbouring allotments were removed and the supermarket was extended to 1,563m2. The development was completed in a way that allowed the existing store to trade whilst construction of the new section was completed. Then trading was transferred into the new section whilst the old store was refurbished and the central wall was removed providing one larger tenancy.
